We request all appointments cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment time or a late cancellation fee may occur. Future appointments cannot be accepted until the fee has been paid per management. 

15+ minutes past scheduled appointment times with a no show will incur a fee for 50% of the scheduled service(s) & or a $25 fee for consultations. Future appointments cannot be accepted until the fee has been paid. If using a certificate of any kind, fees may be deducted as a form of payment.

• An in depth skin analysis and consultation are required for all new clients followed by a treatment plan.
• This will address any concerns while taking your lifestyle and budget into consideration. 
• We will address any questions regarding treatment and product options as well as thoroughly review and sign forms needed. 
• Makeup may be worn to consultation, but may be removed for evaluation.

• There is a $25 skin analysis and consultation fee  that can be applied to any future service.
